Price match promise – get the best deal on your contact lenses
How does our price match work?
We offer two ways to price match:
✔ Pre-purchase price match
Before placing your first order, we can provide a coupon or rebate equivalent to the price difference.
We calculate the difference between our price and the competitor’s price.
You receive a coupon for the amount to use on your order.
The maximum coupon value is £20.00. If the price difference exceeds this, we provide a £20.00 coupon and refund the remaining amount post-dispatch.
✔ Post-purchase price match
If you find a lower price within seven days of purchase, we’ll refund the difference once the order has shipped.
When can it be used?
✅ The competitor's website is based in the same country as the Vision Direct market you’re ordering from.
✅ The competitor offers a comparable shipping service (e.g., if Vision Direct includes speedy delivery, any additional charge for this service must be factored in).
✅ The price match request is made before purchase or within seven days of order payment.
✅ The product is identical (same brand, quantity, prescription) and in stock at the competitor.
✅ Competitor Google Ads and promotional prices are included in price matching.
This applies to all lens types, including daily disposable, toric, and multifocal lenses from leading brands like 1 Day Acuvue Moist, Acuvue Oasys, Biofinity, Dailies AquaComfort Plus, and Air Optix Aqua.
When can it not be used?
❌ The competitor does not offer the same shipping service as Vision Direct.
❌ Price-matched orders are not eligible for further discounts or promotions.
❌ You cannot price match a previous order or a competitor’s past price.
❌ Price match requests must be made within seven days of ordering.
❌ We do not match high street own-brand pricing against equivalent branded lenses.

We’ll verify the competitor’s price and shipping service.
